Six NTC member organizations collaborating to develop solutions to the healthcare workforce shortage. Focused on employer leadership for ecosystem change and career pathway initiatives.
AI Readiness Lab (AIRLab)
A collaboration across six regions with Anthropic, Brookings Institution, and Opportunity@Work to uncover insights, solutions, and mobilization around AI, talent, adoption, infrastructure, and leadership.
Build Your Future IMAX® Film and National Career Activation Campaign
This campaign will introduce more Americans to skilled trade and technician pathways and connect them to resources. NTC members can expand access to the IMAX production from MacGillivray Freeman Films in their regions through grants from Charles Koch Foundation.
Benchmarking Work-Based Learning Intermediary Practices
Strada Work-Based Learning team is partnering with NTC to conduct research and analysis to provide benchmarking data and identify practices that can be applied in other regions.
Advancing Workforce Mobility
Following a cross-regional effort to win an Education Design Lab grant, NTC, Jobs for the Future, and FutureFitAI are studying Ohio’s TechCred data to identify insights regarding economic mobility.
Talent Pipeline Management
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is building TPM capability across the country by engaging NTC members in a TPM Academy Blended Learning Cohort.
